I attended the Up Your Game Conference hosted by Howard Partridge, a business owner, Christian Chamber member, and US Christian Chamber Founding Member.
In a break-out session, a young entrepreneur in his mid-twenties stood up and publicly told Howard that after attending a business conference where Howard spoke, he dedicated his life to Christ. With a radiant smile, he said he had since been baptized and thanked Howard for changing his life.
According to Monmouth Society, approximately 98 million unchurched Americans are in the workplace for 30+ hours per week. Simple math tells us that Kingdom-minded leaders get almost 3 billion hours per week of unbeliever mindshare annually.
Compare that to the estimated 7 million nonbelievers who attend church and hear a 30-minute message from a pastor each week. Christian leaders in the workplace have more encounters with the unchurched and nonbelievers than pastors and have roughly 840 times more opportunities to influence the unchurched

Howard planted the seed, the young businessman went to church to receive the water (literally), and God made things grow.
As it clearly says in 1 Corinthians 3, we are coworkers in God’s service, and each one of us has a part. One is not more important than the other. Let’s imagine for a moment how much more powerful this cycle will be when we are ALL doing our part!
