Krystal Parker
Krystal Parker is President and Founder of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she is leading a national effort to rebuild the infrastructure of Christian business in America. Under her leadership, the U.S. Christian Chamber Coalition has grown to 34 Christian chambers serving more than 3,000 business leaders across the country, creating one of the nation's largest collaborative networks dedicated to advancing Kingdom Commerce and rebuilding the social and economic infrastructure of Christian business across America.
A former Fortune 200 executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, Krystal previously led customer service and operations organizations serving more than two million customers across multiple states. Today, she also serves as Principal of Intent & Impact, helping organizations strengthen leadership, align strategy, build healthy cultures, and achieve measurable results.
Krystal completed executive education at Harvard Business School and serves as a professor at Ottawa University and Concordia University Nebraska, teaching leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and business strategy. She is the bestselling author of The Best Robot Wins, co-author of Kingdom Commerce, author of The Christian CEO, and host of The Shepherd at Work radio and podcast.
