Brooke Boltz
Brooke Boltz is the founding and managing attorney of Boltz Legal, a respected injury and insurance law firm based in Oviedo, Florida.
After nearly a decade defending insurance companies (2008–2017), Brooke launched Boltz Legal to advocate for individuals, business owners, medical providers, and homeowners in disputes with insurance carriers and negligent parties. Under her leadership, the firm has grown and earned acclaim for its client-first ethos and unwavering integrity.
Born and raised in Volusia County, Florida, Brooke earned her bachelor's degree in political science in 2002 at Stetson University and law degree in 2007 at Stetson College of Law. She was admitted to practice in Florida in July 2008 and worked her way to "Partner" at a large civil-litigation firm before founding her own practice. Brooke is also a devoted wife and mother of three—two daughters, Lilah and Leia, and a son, Luke.
An unapologetic attorney of faith, Brooke intentionally built her firm's culture around Christian values - firmly believing that faith and family strengthen rather than hinder professional success. She leads with honesty, open communication, and compassion, inspiring both her team and clients.
Outside the courtroom, Brooke co-hosts the Ms. Biz Podcast alongside her sister-in-law, Rachel Boltz. Ranked in the top 1.5% of podcasts globally, Ms. Biz offers practical insights for entrepreneurs on marketing, business coaching, spiritual mindset, and leadership—all delivered with creativity and integrity.
In recognition of her leadership and entrepreneurial impact, Brooke was named "Most Inspirational Entrepreneur" by BNI Oviedo (2024); "Top 3 Personal Injury Law Firm" by Orlando's Best (2024 and 2025); "Best Women Owned Business" by The Oviedo-Winter Srings Chamber of Commerce (2024) and was a recipient of the National Trial Attorney Association's "Golden Gavel Award" in 2024.
In her role as a board member for the United States Christian Chamber of Commerce, Brooke brings her extensive legal experience, faith-based leadership, and passion for uniting Christian entrepreneurs. She is deeply committed to fostering ethical business practices and building bridges within the Christian business community.
