SWC 2026: What Just Happened?
There are moments you plan for…
And then there are moments you step into.
SWC 2026 was the latter.
Before we ever opened the doors, there was a reality we didn’t ignore:
This might not work.
Not at this scale.
Not with this many leaders.
Not with a model that intentionally broke from what conferences have done for decades.
We weren’t tweaking the format.
We were disrupting it.
No traditional panels.
No passive sessions.
No safe, predictable flow.
Instead:
- Immersive Leadership Labs
- Apologetics Under Fire
- Movement, interaction, and engagement by design
And I said it—more than once:
“This might fail.”
Because when you step out to do something different, you have to be willing to risk getting it wrong.
But we also believed something deeper: That if we followed the leading of the Holy Spirit and built with intention, excellence, and courage…
Something different could happen.
Then we opened the doors.
We came to Orlando with a vision.
A strategy.
An agenda.
And leaders from 35+ states and multiple countries gathered with a shared belief:
Business is about profit—YES.
And it’s influence.
It’s stewardship.
It’s calling.
This Wasn’t Attendance. It Was An Encounter.
From the very first night, it was clear—this wasn’t going to follow the script.
Conversations moved faster.
Deeper. More honest.
Walls came down. Strangers became friends… and in many cases, family.
You could hear it everywhere:
“I feel at home.”
“I didn’t expect this.”
“God is moving here.”
“I don’t want this to end.”
That’s not typical conference language.
That’s something else entirely.
What the Data Confirmed
After the event, we reviewed the surveys, the posts, the feedback.
And a pattern emerged.
Most conferences leave people impressed. This one left people included… and changed.
They didn’t lead with speakers or schedules.
They talked about:
- The presence of God
- The depth of connection
- The clarity they gained
- The boldness they stepped into
This wasn’t information.
This was activation.
The Breakthrough Moment
Yes—the keynotes delivered.
Yes—the rooms were full.
Yes—Apologetics Under Fire was exactly that—fire.
But the defining moment?
The Leadership Labs.
What started as an experiment…
Became the epicenter.
No front row.
No passive listening.
Leaders stepped in.
Wrestled with real issues.
Built real solutions.
These weren’t sessions.
They were catalysts.
And now the question isn’t did they work? It’s how far will they go?
Unity—Seen, Not Just Said
For years, unity has been an idea.
At SWC 2026, it became visible.
Different denominations.
Different industries.
Different perspectives.
One mission.
Not to blend differences—
But to align purpose.
And it showed.
A Line Was Crossed
One attendee said it best:
“This isn’t just a conference… this is a movement.”
They were right.
Because this wasn’t just a gathering.
It was a convergence.
Something was set in motion.
What You Didn’t See
At one point, after a small glitch, I turned to my daughter, Giavanna, and said: “Oh no… we’re going to see this on the survey.”
She laughed.
“Mom, you’re the boss. Why are you worried?”
My answer came instantly:
“Because the survey will define what we do next.”
Perfection was never the goal.
Excellence was.
After SWC 2024, we didn’t celebrate—we studied.
We listened.
We adjusted.
That’s where this came from:
- Leadership Labs instead of breakouts
- Apologetics Under Fire instead of safe panels
- Engagement over observation
We built this for leaders who want more than surface-level.
Not everyone thought it would work.
But when you’re called to build something different, you have to risk being wrong.
So we leaned in.
We aligned.
We prayed.
We trusted.
And it worked.
Not perfectly, but with excellence where it mattered most.
What Made This Possible
Behind everything you experienced was a team.
Over 100 volunteers who showed up early, stayed late, and served with excellence. Sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and leaders who said yes—this took all of us.
Yes to serving. Yes to building something different. And yes to something bigger than themselves.
To every one of you, thank you.
This does not happen without you.
So… What Now?
Because moments like this aren’t meant to be remembered. They’re meant to be multiplied. We’re already moving.
The AI & Innovation Lab insights are already moving directly to our President’s Advisory Council and Coalition leaders—because this doesn’t stay theoretical. It moves into implementation.
We’ve also opened early interest for SWC 2028. Because something bigger is building.
The Truth Is Simple
If you were there—you felt it.
If you weren’t—you’ve heard about it.
Either way, this is clear:
What happened at SWC 2026 won’t stay in Orlando.
And we’re just getting started.
Sometimes disruption looks like risk…
until it becomes breakthrough.
This is how we chamber.
