Jamal Maxsam
Jamal Maxsam is a husband, father, and passionate pursuer of God’s presence.
He serves as the Executive Pastor of HEIRS Covenant Church, the business manager for The Embassy, and is the CEO of Jamal Maxsam L.L.C. | Lead Like A Champion.
His mission is to Ignite believers called to leadership in their ability to lead and operate in their supernatural gifts so they can fulfill their assignment.
Jamal is known for demonstrating signs, wonders, miracles, operating in the prophetic, and igniting others to do the same. He is also known for releasing strategy to help leaders be a catalyst for change and acceleration.
Jamal started his leadership journey at the age of 16, managing a fast food restaurant, leading his peers as well as adults. After studying business leadership, he spent time in the corporate setting where his success continued. Then Jamal opened a new location of a food franchise, recruiting, building a team, and building the location which resulted in several awards for sales and performance.
Touched by the challenges of the youth, Jamal answered the call to impact education and continued to grow in the ability to develop people. He taught for 9 years then served as a school Principal. As a school leader Jamal led change causing struggling schools to turn around, and accelerating the progress of others. He has led a school with as many as 92 staff members, serving approximately 950 families. He also provided support to a school Principal at a school that served approximately 2,100 families.
Jamal currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife where they enjoy laughing and spending time together.
