Turning SWC Lab Results into Action
We are living in an age of overwhelming information. Data is now being created at levels almost beyond human comprehension. But the real question is not how much information exists—it is whether the information is actionable.
That is why the Lab experiences at SWC 2026 mattered so deeply.
Leaders from across the country—and around the world—gathered to identify real marketplace challenges, emerging opportunities, and practical solutions that can strengthen Christian businesses for the future.
Now, we are putting those insights into action.
What surfaced through the SWC Labs is evolving into ongoing resources, strategic conversations, practical tools, and implementation support designed to help Christian business leaders navigate this next era of business with wisdom, innovation, and Kingdom perspective.
Because this is about far more than a single conference or conversation.
We are building something designed for sustained marketplace impact—a long-term movement focused on strengthening Kingdom companies, equipping Christian leaders, and helping businesses operate at the highest levels of excellence, wisdom, innovation, and influence.
And we are starting with AI.
In the AI & Innovation Lab, what began as a breakout discussion quickly became something much larger, as Christian business leaders openly wrestled with the opportunities, challenges, and realities surrounding artificial intelligence and the future of business.
The takeaway was unmistakable: AI is no longer a future conversation; it is already reshaping the marketplace in real time.
Yet what surprised many leaders was how quickly the discussion moved beyond technology itself into broader questions of leadership, stewardship, ethics, operational readiness, and long-term business strategy. Leaders are not simply asking what AI can do. They are asking how to lead wisely through one of the most significant business shifts of our generation.
The U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce is continuing the AI Lab conversation far beyond SWC by building practical resources, education, tools, and implementation support directly into the Chamber ecosystem.
Our President’s Advisory Council and Christian Chamber Coalition leaders are having strategic follow-up conversations around AI implementation, leadership readiness, ethics, automation, productivity, and real-world business applications.
We are also building a growing AI Resource Center within the USCCC member portal in the training and resources section, featuring:
- AI implementation guides
- Productivity toolkits
- 90-day action plans
- White papers and trend insights
- Recommended tools and workflows
- Webinars and ongoing learning opportunities
- Real-world business use cases
One of the most important insights to emerge from the AI Lab was this: many leaders are overwhelmed because they are trying to “learn AI” broadly instead of identifying one real business problem and applying the right tool to solve it.
Our goal is simple: help leaders move from confusion → clarity → implementation → measurable results.
The leaders who engage thoughtfully, intentionally, and strategically in this season will be far better positioned to thrive in the years ahead. The goal is not simply to keep pace with change, but to help Christian business leaders lead wisely and confidently through it.
And the conversation is already spreading.
And this is only the beginning.
In the months ahead, the USCCC will continue rolling out strategic resources and engagement opportunities connected to the Unity, Currency, Policy, and Faith & Work Labs as we work together to strengthen Christian business leaders and help shape the future of the marketplace with wisdom, courage, innovation, and Kingdom perspective.
Together, we have an opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
If you are not yet actively plugged into the Chamber community and member resources, now is the time.
We are building together at the intersection of faith, business, innovation, and Kingdom impact.
This is how we chamber.
